Some clients prefer to wear shorts or underwear, while others prefer to be completely undressed - which ever makes you feel the most comfortable. A small towel can also be provided, and only the area being worked on is exposed at any time.

Yes — every session can be tailored to focus on specific areas where you hold the most tension. Many clients request extra time on the neck, shoulders, lower back or glutes, especially if they experience tightness from training, sitting or stress.

Relaxation focuses on helping you fully switch off and unwind, with flowing pressure throughout the body. Sports and deep tissue treatments are more focused, working into areas of tightness and restriction to improve movement and relieve tension. In reality, most sessions are a blend — tailored to how your body feels on the day.
